There are a variety of programs, including drop-in and registered options, available for adults of all ages. Choose from mind and body, fitness, wellness, art and sport classes designed for various levels of physical fitness.

General Interest Programs

General interest programs offer a variety of engaging activities designed to spark curiosity, build skills, and bring people together. Whether you're looking to explore a new hobby, develop a talent, or simply connect with others in a fun and welcoming environment, there's something for all ages and abilities.

Learn how to introduce yourself, alphabet/fingerspell and numbers, how to exchange personal information, talk about your surroundings, where you live, your family, as well as deaf culture and an open time to ask what you would like to learn to say.

Learn the basics, common chords, and easy songs on the ukulele. It's travel-friendly and simple to pick up, even with no musical background. You'll be able to play popular tunes for fun and entertainment. A ukulele is needed for this course.

Tai Chi is for mind, body and spirit.  Improve your balance, coordination, circulation, flexibility and more. Chi Kung will strengthen and improve your energy flow and build your immune system. This program is for beginners.

For people new to the sport or seasoned in Triathlon training, this program provides you with the opportunity to receive instruction from a certified coach to develop the endurance and skillset required to compete in triathlon and multi-sport events. Each week will include swimming, biking and running components. 

TRX Yoga is a hybrid workout that combines traditional yoga with the use of a TRX Suspension Trainer to increase the intensity of yoga poses. The TRX Suspension Trainer uses body weight to create resistance, which can help improve strength, balance, flexibility and more.

A Functional Training Circuit designed to improve strength, balance, and agility through dynamic, full-body workouts. This class integrates movement patterns that mimic everyday activities, helping you to build functional strength and enhance overall fitness.

Sports and Intramurals

Pickleball, basketball, tennis, badminton, table tennis and more! There's something for everyone to enjoy. Intramurals and organized adult sports are also available.
