Adult and Older Adult Fitness
We have various fitness classes designed specifically for older adults, with programs that emphasize building strength, endurance, mobility and balance. The Kubota North Wellness Centre promises to significantly enhance the fitness opportunities available to residents, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to cater to individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned lifters, providing a comprehensive range of equipment to support varied workout routines is an extensive fitness center that supports our community's physical and mental health.
- Land Fitness: Various fitness classes designed for adults and older adults include yoga, pilates, stretching and more.
- Aqua Fitness: Various classes are offered in our therapy and lap pools.
- Fitness Orientations and Personal Training: We offer a complimentary fitness orientation for all membership and pass holders. This is an excellent opportunity to familiarize yourself with our Kubota North Wellness Centre's equipment. During the orientation, a qualified staff member will guide you through the various machines, explain their functions, and demonstrate how to use them safely and effectively. Consider getting some personal training sessions to set yourself up with a routine to follow after discussing your goals with the trainer. This service aims to:
