Outdoor Ice Rinks

The Town of Bracebridge operates two outdoor skating rinks during the winter months, depending on weather. These are unsupervised ice rinks, use at your own risk. Skaters are encouraged to wear a helmet while on the ice and children should be supervised by an adult at all times.

Hours of Operation: Daily from dawn until 9 p.m. 

Memorial Park Winter Village Skating Trail

Annie Williams Memorial Park

50 Santa’s Village Road

Maintained by Mark Quemby, Correctional Services Canada, Rink Rats Hockey Club, Old Wicks Hockey Club, Muskoka Originals Hockey Club, Arctic Cats Hockey Club, community volunteers, and MJC Muskoka Inc.

Safety First

To ensure a safe skating season:

  • Wear a helmet and dress for weather conditions;
  • Skate in the same direction as everyone else on the ice to limit potential collisions;
  • Be courteous to the other people on the ice;
  • Outdoor ice surfaces may have imperfections. Check for potential hazards and be cautious;
  • Hockey sticks, pucks and balls are not permitted. Rinks are for recreational skating only;
  • Wheelchairs and strollers are permitted on the ice if accompanied by a responsible person age 16 or older;
  • Dogs and other pets are not allowed on the ice surface;
  • No food, drink, alcohol or smoking on or around the ice surface; and
  • Have fun!
