(*1) Only permitted if connected to full municipal services.
(*2) Outside storage is permitted only as an accessory use.
(*3) Permitted only as an accessory use provided the accessory use does not exceed 25% of the gross floor area.
(*4) Outside Storage shall only be permitted provided:
- it is located in the rear yard
- a visual barrier is provided adjacent to any other use in accordance with the requirements of Section 4.24 of this By-law
- the height of outdoor storage may not exceed the height of the lesser of 3 metres of the height of the visual barrier
- the maximum lot coverage of all building and the outdoor storage may not exceed fifty (50) percent of the lot area, and
- the maximum lot coverage of only the outdoor storage may not exceed twenty five (25) percent of the lot area.
(*5) Permitted only as an accessory use and in accordance with section 4.19
(*6) Only permitted if the use does not include or require direct consumption of water, except for auxiliary facilities such as washrooms, staff kitchen and lunchrooms.
