Vendor Opportunities

Help celebrate Bracebridge's 150-year anniversary by participating in the Community Celebration and Showcase on June 7 and 8 at J.D. Lang Park. We are currently looking for vendors, including:

  • Local artists;
  • Community Groups;
  • Makers;
  • Exhibitors and more.

Each vendor booth area is 10 X 10 feet in size. Additional booths may be purchased but are restricted to maintaining an extension of 10 feet from the curb (e.g. 10X20, 10X30). Make your vendor space as creative and engaging as possible to best connect with the community and celebrate the milestone event. 

All vendor spaces are located outdoors. Please plan accordingly.
Booths are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Registration

To register as an Exhibitor/Vendor/Artisan at the Bracebridge 150 Community Celebration and Showcase, please review the details below and complete the online registration form including a description of what you plan on bringing to the show, and photos to help support your display.

Vendor fees range from $50 to $150.

Exhibitor/Vendor/Artisan Information

Information for exhibitors, vendors and artisan spaces are outlined below. 

  • Each booth area is 10 X 10 feet in size. You may purchase additional booths but are restricted to maintaining an extension of 10 feet from the curb (e.g. 10X20, 10X30).
  • Exhibitors are responsible for bringing anything you may require for your booth, including a tent, weights, table, etc. 
  • Access to power/lighting and/or water is not provided.
  • ALL booths that generate garbage are expected to have a trash receptacle and ensure that it is disposed of before leaving the event. 
  • Exhibitors who wish to use generators, must indicate that on their application – NOTE:  use of any generator is subject to approval and acceptance by the Bracebridge 150 Committee.
  • All Exhibitor/Vendor/Artisan booth spaces are located outdoors.  Plan accordingly. The event will take place rain or shine.

  • Exhibitor, Vendor, and Artisan setup begins at 7 a.m. on Saturday, June 7. All setups must be completed by 9 a.m., and vehicles must be out of the Exhibitor Area by 8:30 a.m.
  • Booths must be staffed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both Saturday, June 7, and Sunday, June 8. Overnight security will be provided by the Bracebridge 150 Committee.
  • Late arrivals (after 9 a.m.) must park in the parking lot and carry their goods to their booth location.
  • Tear down is allowed after 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 8. No vehicles may enter the Exhibitor Area before then.

  • As part of the registration process, Exhibitors are required to provide photograph(s) of merchandise/information expected to be displayed/sold. This information will be utilized to assign locations for exhibitors.
  • Exhibitor spaces are limited and located outdoors.
  • All Exhibitors are requested to be creative and develop an entertaining/engaging element for their booth.
  • There will be no exclusivity rights.
  • Booths are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No fireworks, weapons or illegal substances are permitted.
  • Exhibitor applications acceptance is at the sole discretion of the Bracebridge 150 organizers and confirmation of space will begin on March 3, 2025.
  • To ensure your Exhibitor application is considered please ensure you apply before this date.
  • Exhibitors not accepted, will be refunded their application fees. 
  • Bracebridge 150 organizers will continue to accept applications after this date as space permits.
  • Once approved, insurance certificates must be received within 10 business days. Failure to do so will result in booth space loss and you will not be permitted to participate.

All booths will be on site in the exhibitors area at JD Lang Activity Park, 331 Fraserburg Road, Bracebridge.

Booth locations will be sent out to Exhibitors approximately two weeks prior to the event.

Booth locations are final but are subject to change the day of the event at the discretion of event organizers. 

All vendors must show proof of current liability insurance of a minimum of $2,000,000.00.  A copy must be submitted to organizers via email.

Bracebridge 150 is a celebration of the history and culture of the community. To showcase the many talents of the residents of Bracebridge, local artisans are being offer the opportunity to showcase and sell their artwork.  

  • Bracebridge artists (with a resident address) are able to participate at no cost; however, registration and liability insurance coverage is required.  
  • To support the connections that Bracebridge has to Muskoka Arts and Crafts, a discount for non-resident members to participate in the showcase is being offered. 
  • Artisan application acceptance is at the sole discretion of the Bracebridge 150 organizers and confirmation of space will begin on March 3, 2025.
  • To ensure your application is considered please ensure you apply before this date.

Mini Makers Market
Saturday, June 7 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Showcasing the talent of artists up to 18 years of age. There is no fee to participate. Registration is required. The location and size of the Mini Makers Market will be confirmed three weeks prior to the event.
