The property tax refund application can be made for a period during the year or for the entire year. This application must be made to the Town of Bracebridge no later than February 28 of the year following the taxation year to which the application relates. View the application form.

Property Tax Change of Address Form
To change the address on your property tax account, complete the Property Tax Change of Address form and return to the Tax Branch.
Tax Rebates for Eligible Charities
The District of Muskoka has a policy to provide rebates to Eligible Charities (By-law 2007-63) under Section 361 of the Municipal Act.
A charity is eligible if:
- It is a registered charity and defined in subsection 248 (1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) that has a registration number issued by the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency; and
- It occupies a property in one of the Commercial classes or Industrial classes, within the meaning of subsection 308 (1) 2001, c.25,s. 361 (2).
