Reporting to the Manager of By-law Enforcement or designate, the Crossing Guard is responsible for safely escorting and assisting children and adults across designated roadways and intersections. 

Reporting to the Chief Building Official or designate, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the staff in the Building Services Branch with the primary function being to administer all aspects of building and septic permits and related matters. This position provides customer service to the building industry and property owners and responds to enquiries from public, Council and other municipal departments regarding the day-to-day activities of the Building Services Branch and the Planning and Development Department 

Reporting to the Wellness and Aquatics Coordinator or designate, the Facility Monitor is responsible for ensuring safe and clean facilities for patron use. The Facility Monitor ensures policies, procedures and guidelines are communicated and upheld by patrons. The Facility Monitor provides orientation to the facility and instruction on safe and proper use of equipment within the facility. 

Reporting to the Manager of Facilities or designate, the Facility Assistant is responsible for maintaining the 
highest quality standards of building cleanliness and accessibility, including but not limited to custodial
tasks, minor maintenance, and room setups.

Reporting to the Manager of Facilities or designate, the Facility Attendant is responsible for assisting in the 
maintenance of all department facilities, performing minor maintenance tasks, room and event setups,
custodial services, and associated record keeping.
