Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) or designate, the Director of Emergency Services / Fire Chief serves as a member of the Town’s Leadership Team and is responsible for supervising Department staff, directing, planning, managing and reviewing the activities and operations of the Fire Department and community emergency management.

Reporting to the Chief Building Official or designate, the Building Inspector Level 2 is responsible for issuing permits under the Ontario Building Code; enforcement of the Ontario Building Code, Property Standards By-law and Zoning By-law as well as other municipal regulations; providing services to the public including responding to enquiries about building permits, property standards, municipal zoning bylaw and other municipal regulations developed under the Planning Act and Municipal Act.
Reporting to the Recreation Programmer or designate, the Inclusion Counsellor is responsible for directly supporting individuals with exceptionalities to ensure their inclusion and personal care in a recreation program setting, while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
Reporting to the Recreation Programmer or designate, the Camp Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising high quality camp programming that is stimulating and enjoyable for all camp participants. This position also supervises Camp Counsellors and Volunteers to ensure the maintenance of a safe and welcoming environment for all participants and the successful delivery of care, supervision and activities to camp participants.
Reporting to the Recreation Programmer or designate, the Camp Counsellor is responsible for delivering high quality camp programming that is stimulating and enjoyable for all camp participants. The Camp Counsellor also maintains a safe and welcoming environment for all participants and is responsible for delivering care, supervision and activities to camp participants.
Reporting to the Wellness and Aquatics Coordinator or designate, the Wellness Coach is responsible for providing orientations to current and potential clients, assisting in the daily operations of the wellness centre, monitoring fitness passes and memberships, and interacting with staff, participants and the public to provide relevant information.
Reporting to the Manager of By-law Enforcement or designate, the Crossing Guard is responsible for safely escorting and assisting children and adults across designated roadways and intersections.
Reporting to the Manager of Facilities or designate, the Facility Assistant is responsible for maintaining the
highest quality standards of building cleanliness and accessibility, including but not limited to custodial
tasks, minor maintenance, and room setups.
