Bracebridge Fire Department to perform targeted wellness checks

BRACEBRIDGE, ON (December 3, 2024) – The Bracebridge Fire Department will be performing targeted wellness checks with members of the community that are still without power due to the winter storm event. Specific locations have been determined based on information supplied by Hydro One and other local community agencies. Team members will be visiting residences to ensure community members are safe and have all of the necessary resources to sustain themselves while crews work to restore power.

Be a Good Neighbour
Take the opportunity to check on neighbours and vulnerable members of the community, especially those who may be snowed-in or have experienced prolonged power outages. If residents are in danger, please call 9-1-1 immediately.
