Bracebridge invites community to support 150-year celebration

BRACEBRIDGE, ON (March 13, 2025) – This year, the Town of Bracebridge is celebrating its sesquicentennial anniversary. As the Town prepares for the signature event, the Community Celebration and Showcase on June 7 and 8, local businesses, community organizations, and individuals are invited to be a part of this historic milestone year through sponsorship.

Sponsorship packages range in price and will contribute to activities at the June celebration event including children’s crafts, local authors showcase, historical displays, entertainment, and more, plus events throughout the year such as community block parties, a time capsule and the development of the Bracebridge 150 forest, an anniversary legacy project. In-kind opportunities are also available upon request. Please contact the Economic Development branch if interested in donating at ecdev@bracebridge.ca.

Sponsorship provides local contributors with the opportunity to connect directly with the community and support a once-in-a-lifetime milestone. Sponsors will be recognized through various mediums such as on-site signage, the Town’s website and social media depending on the tier. More importantly, sponsorship connects contributors with thousands of residents and visitors, illustrating their commitment to community building and support.

Members of the Bracebridge 150 Advisory Committee are busy connecting with community partners to share details on sponsorship opportunities and raise awareness about how they can get involved.
