Municipal Office duct cleaning

BRACEBRIDGE, ON (August 19, 2024) – During the week of August 26, duct cleaning will take place at the Municipal Office, 1000 Taylor Court. Cleaning will take place in phases to minimize impacts to staff and Town services. Community members can connect with staff via email or by phone using their individual extensions.

Front Office Closure
Tuesday, August 27

Finance, Corporate Services and Public Works staff will be working remotely on August 27. The front office counter and Public Works window will be closed. Residents are encouraged to use online services, including:

• Online payment for parking tickets and property taxes;
• Online permit applications for Site Alteration, Driveway Entrance Permits and more.

There will be no interruptions to Public Works crews working outside of the Municipal Office. 

By-Law Services will continue to be available via phone and email. On-site inspections and investigations will continue to take place.

Planning and Development Department Office Closure
Thursday, August 29 and Friday, August 30

Planning and Development staff, including Building Services, Planning Services and Economic Development, will be working remotely on August 29 and 30, and the counter will be closed. During this time, residents are encouraged to:

• Review details regarding building services, planning services, and economic development online;
• Apply for building and septic permits online; or
• Email staff for assistance, planning@bracebridge.ca, building@bracebridge.ca, or ecdev@bracebridge.ca.

On-site inspections will continue to take place.
