Provision of an Internet and Telephone Voting System

A joint request for proposal (RFP) has been issued by the Town of Bracebridge, Town of Huntsville, Town of Gravenhurst, Township of Lake of Bays, Township of Georgian Bay, and the Township of Muskoka Lakes.

The intent of this request for proposal is to seek bids from qualified companies for the provision of a fully hosted Internet and Telephone voting system for the lower-tier municipalities in the District Municipality of Muskoka, including required support and services, for the 2026 Municipal Elections.
