Provision of Bracebridge 150 branded products' storefront and sales

The Town of Bracebridge is celebrating its 150th Anniversary in 2025 and as part of the celebrations, the Town has launched a Bracebridge 150 website outlining the various activities, events and legacy projects associated with this milestone. 
 
The Town is seeking proposals from vendors of promotional materials to create a storefront, either embedded within the Town’s Bracebridge 150 webpage or as a link from the website, to provide the opportunity for the public to purchase approved Bracebridge 150 branded promotional items directly from the vendor as follows:

• Apparel – limited variety of sweatshirts and t-shirts (excluding white sweatshirts) with options for sponsorship;
• Caps – one or two types of baseball caps; and
• Other items – as identified by the Respondent.

Additionally, the preferred Respondent has the option to be included on-site as part of the Community Celebration on June 7 and 8, 2025 to promote the sales or conduct sales of Bracebridge 150 branded products.
