PUBLIC NOTICE - Original Road Allowance Closing - Between Lots 10 and 11, Concession 3, Monck (McNabb/Winnington-Ingram) (ORA Adjacent to 1218 Golden Beach Road)

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that Part of the Original Road Allowance between Lots 10 and 11, Concession 3 Monck, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka described as Part 1, Plan 35R-27668 and Part 6, Plan 35R-14522 PIN: 48163-0456.

The proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 on the 12th day of February, 2025.
