PUBLIC NOTICE - Original Road Allowance Closing - Boundary Deviation Road between 1051 and 1069 Ziska Road (Billinghurst and Rickard)

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that part of the original road allowance (ORA) (boundary deviation road) between Part Lot 10, Concession 5, further described as Part 4, 35R-5544, and Part Lot 10, Concession 5, further described as Part 1, 35R-20371, in the former Township of Monck, now in the Township of Muskoka Lakes, District Municipality of Muskoka, described as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Plan 35R-27433.

The proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 on the 13th day of November, 2024.
