PUBLIC NOTICE - Original Shore Road Allowance Closing - In Front of 1276 Stephens Bay Road (Sliwin)

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 12, Concession 11 Muskoka, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka described as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 35R-27770 PIN:  48173-0267.

The proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 on the 14th day of May, 2025.
