PUBLIC NOTICE - Original Shore Road Allowance Closing - In front of 2172 Fraserburg Road (Alawi/Hussain) (McKay Lake)

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 29, Concession 13, Draper, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka, described as Part 6, Plan 35R-25791 Part of PIN: 48054-0658.

The proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 on the 12th day of February, 2025.
