TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Big or Browning Island, Lake Muskoka, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka described as Parts 11 and 12 Plan 35R-15340. PIN: 48172-0372

The proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 on the 15^th day of May, 2024.
