TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 4, Concession 6 Macaulay, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka described as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4, Plan 35R-27545.

The proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 on the 14^th day of August, 2024.
