PUBLIC NOTICE - Road Allowance Closing - Part of Old Draper Township Road (Adjacent to Former Draper Landfill Site) (Applicant: District Municipality of Muskoka)

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that Part of Lots 3 and 4, Concession 13 Draper, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka described as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4, Plan 35R-27738 PIN: 48053-0585.

The proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 on the 9th day of April, 2025.
