  • Inclusion Counsellor (5 positions) | Closes February 28, 2025

    Reporting to the Recreation Programmer or designate, the Inclusion Counsellor is responsible for directly supporting individuals with exceptionalities to ensure their inclusion and personal care in a recreation program setting, while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

  • Student - Planning Services | Closes January 6, 2025

    Reporting to the Manager of Planning Services or designate, the Planning Services Student is responsible for providing administrative support to the Planning Services Branch of the department. This position will also provide customer service support and respond to inquiries from the public, and other municipal departments regarding the day-to-day activities of the Planning and Development Department.

  • Student - Public Works Operations (4 positions) | Closes January 6, 2025

    Reporting to the Parks and Trails Foreperson or designate, the Student – Public Works performs general landscape and maintenance labour services to municipal parks, trails, gardens, facilities and roads as part of a dynamic team responsible for keeping Bracebridge beautiful and safe.

  • Student - By-Law Enforcement Officer | Closes January 6, 2025

    Reporting to the Manager of By-Law Enforcement or designate, the Student By-Law Enforcement Officer is responsible for assisting with the monitoring of compliance with the Town of Bracebridge by-laws; identifying, investigating, and reporting offences; enforcing Town by-laws in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations and policies; and providing education and awareness about the Town’s by-laws to members of the Public.

  • Camp Coordinator (2 positions) | Closes February 28, 2025

    Reporting to the Recreation Programmer or designate, the Camp Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising high quality camp programming that is stimulating and enjoyable for all camp participants. This position also supervises Camp Counsellors and Volunteers to ensure the maintenance of a safe and welcoming environment for all participants and the successful delivery of care, supervision and activities to camp participants.

  • Camp Counsellor (16 positions) | Closes February 28, 2025

    Reporting to the Recreation Programmer or designate, the Camp Counsellor is responsible for delivering high quality camp programming that is stimulating and enjoyable for all camp participants. The Camp Counsellor also maintains a safe and welcoming environment for all participants and is responsible for delivering care, supervision and activities to camp participants.

  • Wellness Coach (3 positions) | Open Until Filled

    Reporting to the Wellness and Aquatics Coordinator or designate, the Wellness Coach is responsible for providing orientations to current and potential clients, assisting in the daily operations of the wellness centre, monitoring fitness passes and memberships, and interacting with staff, participants and the public to provide relevant information.

  • Crossing Guard - Casual | Open Until Filled

    Reporting to the Manager of By-law Enforcement or designate, the Crossing Guard is responsible for safely escorting and assisting children and adults across designated roadways and intersections. 

  • Facility Assistant - Part Time | Open Until Filled

    Reporting to the Manager of Facilities or designate, the Facility Assistant is responsible for maintaining the 
    highest quality standards of building cleanliness and accessibility, including but not limited to custodial
    tasks, minor maintenance, and room setups.
