You will need the following information to complete your payment:
- Parking ticket number (top right hand corner or bottom of the ticket)
- Vehicle licence plate number (shown on ticket)
- Credit card information, including security code
Online Payments
The Town offers quick and easy online payment options to pay parking tickets and property taxes.
PLASTIQ® and PAYMENTUS® are independent third party automated payment services that accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Note: a fee is charged by PLASTIQ® and PAYMENTUS® for these services.
Paying Your Parking Tickets
The Town accepts online parking ticket payments using Visa, Mastercard or American Express
Note: PAYMENTUS® charges a convenience fee of $2.95 per parking ticket transaction.
What you need to pay your online ticket
For 24/7 assistance with online parking ticket payments, please contact PAYMENTUS® directly at 1-800-420-1663.
For assistance with parking ticket information verification for payment purposes, please contact By-Law Enforcement at 705-645-5264, ext. 3250.

- Overdue parking ticket payments cannot be processed online. Contact our By-Law Enforcement Staff for overdue parking ticket payment options
- Parking tickets can be paid online 2 business days after the date of issue
- Each parking ticket must be entered separately
- Payments made before 8:00 p.m. are processed the next business day
Request for Parking Ticket Review
If you believe that an error has been made on the ticket, or if the ticket has been issued in error, please complete the form below and email the By-Law Branch.
Please note that the form is not to be used to plead not guilty. Persons wanting to enter a not guilty plea should complete the back of the ticket and submit it to the Town in order to receive a trial date.
Property Tax Payment
PLASTIQ®, is a third party automated service for residents to pay their property taxes with Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Avoid late fees.
Pay your property taxes in advance of the deadline to allow enough time for the transaction to be processed.
Important Information
- The transfer typically takes two to three days. You may encounter additional delays. Contact PLASTIQ® for more information.
- Penalties or interest, or both, will be charged if your payment is not received by the due date
- You are responsible for making sure the payment is received by the Town by the due date
- To use PLASTIQ®, you must clearly understand their terms and conditions
