TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of the Delegation of Authority By-law, the Acting Director of Public Works has granted an exemption to the reduced load designation on roads under the jurisdiction of the Town for home heating fuel delivery. This exemption is effective April 4, 2025 and shall remain in effect until revoked by the Acting Director of Public Works.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 11, Concession 8 Oakley, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka described as Part 1, Plan 35R-27753.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that Part of Lots 3 and 4, Concession 13 Draper, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka described as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4, Plan 35R-27738 PIN: 48053-0585.

The Town of Bracebridge is in the process of preparing an update to the Official Plan to guide the future of the Town. The result of the Official Plan update has been the preparation of an Official Plan Amendment to make several changes to the Official Plan for the Town.
