A Noise Exemption has been issued to the Canadian Snowcross Racing Association (CSRA).
Due to the winter storm event that took place in early December 2024, the roof of the Muskoka Lumber Community Centre has sustained minor damages that have caused internal leaks. Every effort has been made to repair affected areas, but due to the amount of snow, it has posed to be a challenge. Temporary fixes have been made and will remain in place until dry conditions allow for permanent repairs to be completed.

The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge passed By-law 2016-088 on November 29, 2016 under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, repealing By-law 2016-049, for the property owned by James Watson, legally described as part of Lot 10, Concession 13, Macaulay Ward, Town of Bracebridge, being Parts 1 and 2 of Registered Plan 35R-22579. Permitted uses are limited on the subject property until such time that an amending by-law is passed. The earliest date on which Council proposes to meet to pass the amending by-law to remove the Holding (H) Symbol is February 12, 2025.
