I, Mayor Rick Maloney, pursuant to the powers extended to the head of council under Part VI.1 of the Municipal Act, 2001 (the “Act”), hereby delegate to the Chief Administrative Officer, the powers under s. 284.6(2) of the Act regarding employment matters (to hire, dismiss, or exercise any prescribed employment power with respect to the head of any division or the head of any other part of the organizational structure) of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge, subject to the limitations under s. 284.6(3) of the Act (i.e. statutory officers), as permitted under s. 284.13(1) of the Act.
